Shipping Options

Courier Guy (Door-to-Door Delivery)

  • Deliveries are made directly to your specified address.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days for major metropolitan areas and 3–5 business days for outlying areas.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.

PUDO (Pick-Up Drop-Off)

  • Door-to-Door: Packages are collected and delivered directly to your specified address.
  • Door-to-Locker: Packages are collected from our address and delivered to a secure PUDO locker for convenient collection.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.
  • Instructions for accessing lockers will be shared via SMS or email.

PostNet to PostNet (Store-to-Store Delivery)

Your order will be shipped to the PostNet store of your choice.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
You will receive a reference number to collect your parcel from the store.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders below R1000 will incur a standard shipping fee based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, your order will be dispatched based on your selected shipping method.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all provinces in South Africa, including Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and others. Please note that delivery times may vary for rural or remote areas.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@msprint.co.za 
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

Frequently Asked Questions

To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be R1000 or more after discounts and before any shipping fees are applied. Free shipping is available for all delivery methods within South Africa, excluding rural and remote areas.

Yes, you can update your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us via:

  • Live Chat Support: Available on our website during business hours.
  • Email: Send your request to support@msprint.co.za with your order number and updated address.
  • Note: If your order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

If you select the Door-to-Locker shipping option:

  1. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with:
    • Locker location
    • A unique PIN to access the locker.
  2. Visit the locker at your convenience and enter the PIN to retrieve your package.
  3. Packages remain in the locker for a specific period (usually 48–72 hours). If not collected within this timeframe, it may be returned to us.

When you choose PEP-to-PEP shipping:

  1. Your order will be sent to your chosen PEP store.
  2. You’ll receive a reference number via SMS or email once your package is ready for collection.
  3. Visit the store and present the reference number along with your ID to collect your package.
  4. Note: This is the recommended option for customers in rural or remote areas, as we do not offer door deliveries in these locations.

We do not provide door deliveries to rural or remote areas in South Africa.

  • Alternative: Customers in these areas can use our PEP-to-PEP shipping option, which allows you to collect your package from a nearby PEP store.

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • For Courier Guy, visit their website and enter your tracking number.
  • For PUDO lockers, tracking and locker details are shared through SMS/email.
  • For PEP-to-PEP, use the reference number to confirm your package status.

  • Courier Deliveries (Door-to-Door):
    The courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time. If redelivery fails, the package may be returned to us.
  • PUDO Locker or PEP Store Deliveries:
    Packages will remain in lockers or at the store for a specific period (typically 48–72 hours). After that, they may be returned to us.
